MEET THE ARTIST

Ricky Taitt is an award-winning filmmaker whose work explores the human experience through visually stunning narratives centered on aspiration, love, and redemption. With a unique background bridging music and cinema, Taitt brings a distinctive rhythm and emotional depth to every frame.

Taitt's filmmaking foundation was built at two of the nation's premier film institutions: NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied Media & Film Studies, and the Los Angeles Film School, where he graduated with Honors in Digital Filmmaking. This rigorous training equipped him with both theoretical insight and hands-on technical mastery, making him a versatile force on any film set.

Before transitioning to filmmaking, Taitt built a successful music career with over 3 million worldwide streams and three commercial albums as internet sensation VaughnBornFamous. His unique background in music syncing and music videos informs his cinematic approach, bringing rhythm and emotional resonance to every frame.

Taitt's goal is simple yet ambitious: to create some of his generation's most thought-provoking and visually captivating films. Whether behind the camera as Director of Photography, in the editing suite crafting the perfect cut, or orchestrating the vision as Director, he brings an artist's eye and a storyteller's heart to every project.

His work doesn't just capture moments—it creates experiences that linger long after the credits roll.
